Common questions

What does Pro unlock?
A Pro account sets workspaces you own to Pro: unbranded exports, longer retention for generated export artifacts, unlimited datasets per workspace, larger/XLSX uploads, and the versioned HTTP API (Bearer keys). Workspaces you only belong to as a member use that workspace's plan set by its owner.
How is billing tied to workspaces?
Your subscription is tied to you, not each workspace individually. For every workspace you own, the product applies your current plan so API keys, exports, and limits stay consistent. If you're only a member of someone else's workspace, that workspace follows the owner's plan. When in-app checkout is available, upgrading or downgrading your account will update what you get on workspaces you own; until then, plan changes may be applied by our team after you subscribe or contact sales.
Is Benford output proof of fraud?
No. Benford-style tests are screening signals. Use them alongside domain knowledge, controls testing, and other procedures—not as standalone proof of wrongdoing.
Can I use the API on Free?
No. All /api/v1/* routes require a Pro workspace and an API key with the right scopes.
